I want to help you navigate the messiness of life.
I provide a gentle, collaborative and flexible approach to talk about your problems, explore alternate perspectives and discover new ways to move forward.

I currently offer individual and couples counselling online via secure video to residents of Ontario. For those living locally, I am available to meet with people in person at my Etobicoke office.
How It Works
Step 1
You choose where to meet: online or in person. Together we'll explore the problems you are facing, learn more about the strengths you already have, and develop strategies to implement between sessions.
Step 2
In ongoing sessions, we look at what is changing, and what is different. We continue to explore what might be holding you back and what you need in order to feel confident and clear.
Step 3
Therapy continues as long as it is beneficial to you. When we sense that meaningful shifts have occurred, we will complete our work with the knowledge that my door is always open to you.
FAQ
​What are your fees?
I charge $160 for a one-hour session for both couples and individual counselling.

How do I know if we are a good fit for working together?
Over the phone or via email before booking your first appointment we will have an informal chat about your hopes, my approach and what our work together might look like. After our initial appointment you will have an even clearer picture.

Are you a member of a regulatory college?
I am a member of The Ontario College of Social Workers which is the regulatory body for social workers and I follow their code of ethics.
How can I do couples counselling if my partner refuses to come?
Some therapists call this "couple therapy with one". We can work on relationship issues even if our meetings are one to one.

Will my insurance cover your fee?
Check with your insurance company. They will want to know my professional designation (Registered Social Worker) and sometimes will want to know what my master’s degree is (MDiv).

My office is located in Central Etobicoke (Renforth and Rathburn) in a private, cozy home office easily accessible from both highways 427 and 401.
There are stairs to get to my office. I offer secure online video counselling if meeting at my office is a challenge.
